We will try our best to make sure the items are posted in good condition. However, due to too many item to be checked on certain batch, we may not notice any defect on certain item. Items are returnable within 2 days upon receiving.
To endure this process,
- We will cover the return and replacement shipping fees.
- Items must be return in the original packaging include any accessories and plastics bag. Any of these missing, the return request will not be entertained.
- If the request for returning is more than 2 days, we will not entertain it.
RETURNABLE ITEM POLICY
- Item that are damage or stained can be return.
- Item that had a major wrong measurement, not same as stated in the product detail.
NON-RETURNABLE ITEM POLICY
- Minor loose threads, irregular fold or wrinkle, slightly different color.
- Item design is slightly different from the picture displayed.
