Before purchasing any item at Yukie’s Shop, customer is advisable to read the terms and conditions first.
- Submit order form with the confident to confirm purchase.
- For preorder item, any order cancellation must be inform before the batch close with strong and valid reason(s).
- For ready stock item, any order cancellation must be inform before within 12 hours after receive order quotation with strong and valid reason(s).
- Price displayed is fixed unless stated.
- Almost all item is preorder unless stated and need time to arrive.
- Picture displayed is for illustration purpose only.
- Colour different may be occur from different batch due to different garment supplier and lighting while the picture is taken.
- Measurement may be slightly different by 1-2cm due to human error.
- Make sure customer check the measurement first before purchasing.
- For preorder item, item will be posted around 4-7 days after the batch close.
- For spree item, item will be posted around 10-14 days after the batch close.
- Date of posting can be referred in the quotation given at each batch.
- For ready stock item, item will be posted on the same/next day after the payment had been made.
